And last month I had my first audience of delegates who were all non-native English speakers, wanting me to help them to present better at work. So I thought I need to chat to great speakers who have learned to speak in public in English, and this episode is just that."

We discuss happiness, wellbeing, anxiety, presentation nerves, "emotional soup!", being funny, after-dinner speaking, using music before gigs and lots of speaking skills including the difference between small and large audiences, all to help you to be a better speaker.
